実際にアメリカ人と話してると関税の意味がわかってなくて、例えば100ドルの品に25%の関税掛けたら輸出する側が25%をアメリカ政府に納めると思ってる人が多い。ここから先アメリカは地獄のように物価が上がるんじゃないかと。
