Both Zangief And El Fuerte from Street Fighter have Super Moves that are Kinnikuman References And Homages. Zangief's Ultra Combo II The Siberian Blizzard is a Homage to the Kinniku Driver. While El Fuerte's El Fuerte Ultra Spark is a Homage to the Muscle Spark.

There's also Kira Daidohji from Arcana Heart. Both one of her Special Moves And One of her Super Moves is a homage to the Kinniku Buster.

For example Clark Still from Ikari Warriors And King Of Fighters. His Super Moves or at the very least some of his Super Moves. Are straight up Kinnikuman References.

For those of y'all that don't know. The 1979 Superhero Parody/Superhero Pro Wrestling Battle Shōnen Manga Kinnikuman created by The Manga Duo Takashi Shimada And Yoshinori Nakai aka Yudetamago. Was every influential to a lot of Japanese Fighting Games.
