I'm thinking right now that I might just stick with RPG Maker. The unfortunate reality is that I have way more ideas of things I want to make than I have reasonable time to make them, and learning a new engine from the ground up while I'm working a real job, while doing video editing, while doing music, while learning Japanese, while going to the gym, while also trying to play video games too... It's just another thing on top of it all that I could be spending time actually creating the games I want to create. The lack of 3D is a concession I might just have to live with.

I can usually tell how much I'll enjoy someone's company by whether they use the pronoun section on anything for its intended purpose or not.

I've lost 8lbs and slimmed down my gut significantly since starting to go to the gym a little over a month ago! It's great to actually see progress with how much weight I can lift as well, I've been going up pretty steadily! 10/10 would recommend.

@teto @RustyCrab Mac is just a colloquialism. All iterations of its actual name have OS in them. Mac OS, MacOS, OS X, etc.

Windows was originally just a GUI for MS-DOS, which itself is an acronym for Microsoft Disk Operating System. Windows gave MS-DOS... windows.

Windows the operating system is so large these days that it doesn't need to have anything with OS in its actual name. It has transcended that rule.

@prettygood my 2025 roadmap ended up being way fuckin different than i thought it would be, but i started learning japanese and going to the gym so i'm pretty happy about that.
