Nintendo of America has outsourced its customer service support and releases hundreds of contractors.
They also ended contracts after 11 months and rehired the people later so Nintendo could get around laws which would have require Nintendo to hire them full time.

Someone is making a Mii app for PC that you can use to export models and pictures of your Mii. Apparently they can also be used in other apps/games in the future.
