Kick women out of education and the workforce. Ban them from voting. Make marriage for life and get rid of marital rape laws. This is how you solve the birthrate problem. The welfare state is what attracts gimmigrants so getting rid of that will make them self deport.
If the government is enforcing feminism and immigration then you have to do something about them first.
