@dcjogger Also, prostitution isn't actually legal in Canada. The act of selling sex in exchange for money is legal, but paying for sex is still illegal. The person paying for it is still committing a crime, even though the prostitute is (possibly) not. And there's a bunch of other stuff that is illegal associated with it, such as soliciting or advertising these services, so even if the act itself is legal for one of the people involved, that person may still be committing another crime in the process.

As recent history has repeatedly shown, the right to vote, by itself, is no guarantee of liberty. Therefore, if you wish to avoid dictatorship by referendum, break up modern societyâs merely functional collectives into self-governing, voluntarily cooperating groups, capable of functioning outside the bureaucratic systems of Big Business and Big Government.

Americans scream freedom is terrible, but marijuana and prostitution are legal in Canada and Canada is doing fine.
