People need to stop demanding their "Constiturional rights"
A group of long since dead politicians wrote a list of the things they promised their "constituents"- what the bloody hell is a constituent anyway?- then they asked for a popularity contest of other politicians to accept thoss promises as valid excuses to transfer powers the states had, to the federal or general government. They had no intention of keeping those promises, they simply took the power from the states. Over these many decades since, nearly every one of the individual rights or state's rights have been usurped or eliminated.
That they even bother holding elections at all seems quaint.

Except she happens to be cradling a bazooka, so theyâll go on trying to ignore her a while longer, hoping she doesnât launch any rockets at the neighbors.
The masses are too comfortable slopping away at the trough. Nature is an unforgiving god, and still finds a way to work its laws even in a technologically advanced society such as ours. One of those laws being natural selection. This means that only those who can recognize patterns and see what terrible things await in the future and prepare will survive. The ones who willfully ignore it and indulge in hedonism and only care for the present will be killed off.
