@get Gameliberty.club doesn't appear to be blocking anything (see https://fba.ryona.agency/?reverse=gameliberty.club) but it's Mastodon so no emoji reacts anymore 
Varis Hangout also blocks only 3 instances (https://fba.ryona.agency/?reverse=varishangout.net) but they wouldn't let me do my anime girl posting unless I combined all anime girl pictures into a single message, so I decided it would be an alt rather than a main instance.
