After much consideration and following the results of our community poll, I have decided to block Nostr relays on Poast.

As @graf previously pointed out, the Nostr protocol's design makes moderation nearly impossible. Scams, CSAM and other illegal content are uncontrollable, as bad actors can simply move from one node to the other without consequence. This poses a serious risk that we can't ignore.

95% of you voooooted in favor of blocking Nostr. I wholeheartedly agree with that outcome for the benefit of Poast as a whole. We won't allow a platform to federate with us where pedophiles and scam artists can operate freely and Poast does not have to stand for it, nor do we have the resources to combat it honestly.

In addition to rejecting activities from the relays, we have also ensured that our activities will not show up on Nostr.
