I've said it before and I'll say it again. Virtua Fighter is fine as it is. The whole selling point isn't The Over The Top Characters And Fighting like Tekken. Or The Sex Appeal like Dead Or Alive. It's The Realistic Grounded Martial Arts Combat in it's Gameplay Mechanics.

It pioneered 3D Fighting Games along with Another Sega Fighting Game Dark Edge. Paving The way for Tekken, Bloody Roar, Battle Arena Toshinden (Tōshinden), Dead Or Alive, etc.

Some Fans Of Tekken And Dead Or Alive don't care for it or don't know about it. And that's fine It is what it is. It found it's Audience and its Audience like it.

So to The Tekken Stans And Dead Or Alive Stans. As well as the Fans Of those Games. You don't necessarily have to like Virtua Fighter. But you gotta respect it's innovation.

Not to mention Katsuhiro Harada And Tomonobu Itagaki loved Virtua Fighter And what it did.
