@doublecart @Shadowman311 Communists are dialectical materialists and desire the same hedonic comforts as the average capitalists just via a different mechanism of the means of production. It's why their criticisms are so gay and tepid. If they wanted to do more than just milquetoastly critique capitalism and have an actual alternative they'd need to leave materialism for some form of idealism. They need to read Giovanni Gentile rather than Marx (although I'm boldly assuming they've even read Marx).
