@Dan_Hulson What’s your opinion on scotch eggs I’m thinking of making my leftover hard boiled eggs from Easter into them.
You didn't ask me, but I make them every few months. Really simple and delicious 🥰 uses a lot of ground sausage though.. I'd personally rather use that for a breakfast burrito or biscuits & gravy. But it's fun!
I will always take your cooking recommendations. Personally, my family loves deep-fried food to the point It’s almost a religious cult.
