@mactonite @Rasterman I agree that price fixing does not work for normal market operations, yet that is not what should be the focus. The cuckservative only cares about market freedom and a liberal, legal process, which is antithetical to the purpose of the state as decreed by the Lord. Of course the state should threaten businesses and other when the state must, notwithstanding this bad use of actionable threats. That is part of the state's job.
Adding a law binding government, e.g. the U.S. Constitution will stop corruption as you say and as we can easily show, but instead it will only stop good man from doing what they need to do for their own.

@SuperSnekFriend @Rasterman i did not advocate for what you said in the second part, i just brought up that usually politicians try to appear legalistic. of course this has no difference in practise because nobody consented to the legislation anyway. for your argument about "the state's job" i think i'm gonna come over to kill your entire family because god gave me a special exemption that i will never prove. seeya.
