There is Zot and Zap, the main difference is that Zot is maintained by the original developer of Hubzilla Mike McGirvin. He just recently forked Streams from Hubzilla.

YunoHost has as much weight as the Android or the Mac app stores - with individuals like myself, who insist to operate our own nodes. Its a benchmark to see how active, and how resource-rich a development community.
