Attraction to violence in general is called sadism. Attraction to rape is called biastophilia. Attraction to murder is called erotophonophilia. All these are real, valid paraphilias, comparable to map spectrum paraphilias. "If you have violent fantasies, go to therapy" is anti mentality. These aren't diseases, they are people's identities, and they do not cause abuse, because ethics exist, self control exists. Attraction =/= action.

Don't give me the "they're made that way through grooming" bullshit, by the way. There are numerous examples of people who started experiencing such feelings early in life, without being abused or exposed to any age-inappropriate content. I have a couple paraphilias and that was the case for me too. Sorry, but paraphilias, and sexuality in general, has a lot to do with how the brain is wired from birth. I know you'll ignore that though because it blows apart any semblance of an "argument" you might have.
People with paraphilias aren't new. There are records of such people dating back thousands of years. Nor are we a temporary asset of some kind of government agenda. We aren't going away, ever. More paraphiliacs will continue to be born for as long as humanity exists. The human species was always meant to have a few oddballs and honestly it'd be way too boring and stifling if everyone followed the same strict standards for sexuality. Have fun with your unachievable vision of a fascist "utopia" where everyone has sex in the missionary position for the sole purpose of procreation. 😁
