There are numerous examples of people who started experiencing such feelings early in life, without being abused or exposed to any age-inappropriate content. I have a couple paraphilias and that was the case for me too. Sorry, but paraphilias, and sexuality in general, has a lot to do with how the brain is wired from birth. It has nothing to do with "having no impulse control". There are several reasons for these people to live less, but this is mainly because of prejudice.

The fact that these people live less does not come because of their lifestyles but because of the consequences of prejudiced people's actions on them (directly or indirectly).
