@EnjuAihara You meme, but 95% of the time it's left because at some point there was an actual condition, and while the code was being worked out, instead of removing it it was kept in place and force enabled/disabled because easier, especially if you plan to then add another condition later

Has basically no negatives since the compiler is smart enough to remove it
