Vim fact: you can press "q<any key>" to record a macro. Press 'q" again to to stop recording.
You can press "@<key>" to run the macro bound to that key.

I have "@s" set to write "#!/usr/bin/sh" and I have "@e" set to write "#!/usr/bin/env python"
