@mikuphile hey what is ur opinion on lua
@cavendishsimp Never used it but I've seen it used a lot for scripting in larger programs so it's probably good for at least that. Though it's being replaced by python even for that use.
@mikuphile im considering learning it for jewblox
@cavendishsimp Well I'd recommend starting with something less ambitious but if you can learn the language quickly it should be fine

@mikuphile @cavendishsimp Lua is about as simple as it gets. You can learn the entire thing decently in an hour. Roblox is going to have a more complex API though
@applejack @mikuphile that makes me feel a bit better, I'm at lua.org getting started on learning it, I'll learn how to use the Roblox studio
