The main issue here is that the guy is feeling bad because he can't accept the fact that this is fiction and it has absolutely nothing to do with reality or children in any way.
Now, to be serious, I think this is a case of needing psychological help. Because if he's feeling aroused by lolis and at the same time he can't separate the fiction from the reality, that can be very dangerous. This is not one of those "all antis are pedos in denial", this is a guy who has spent the last 4 years feeling aroused by loli and feeling bad with himself because he relates that with real children.

He says literally, and even highlights it for you (because he knows this is your only response), "albeit animated and fictional"
The actual problem here is this mantra that you can't get over. Everyone knows it's fiction, that's not the problem he has with it. Repeating this again and again just sounds brainwashed to anyone without the doublethink. That's why he highlighted it
