The main issue here is that the guy is feeling bad because he can't accept the fact that this is fiction and it has absolutely nothing to do with reality or children in any way.
Now, to be serious, I think this is a case of needing psychological help. Because if he's feeling aroused by lolis and at the same time he can't separate the fiction from the reality, that can be very dangerous. This is not one of those "all antis are pedos in denial", this is a guy who has spent the last 4 years feeling aroused by loli and feeling bad with himself because he relates that with real children.
