Any regulation intended to hurt "the big guys" will inevitably end up killing "the little guys". The big guys can afford to take a few hits, the little guys can't; and the big guys will always bribe and lobby for the regulations to be just damaging enough to kill anyone smaller than they are.

You can make laws that apply to big corps but not small ones, obviously, they just don't

What do you do against big corps when you're not allowed to regulate or kill their executives when they're, for example, influencing culture so people become in favour of big governments (who then get payed off by big corps)?
