People install random software by searching them up on google which often gets either hijacked by clones in Ads or through SEO ranking. In Linux you almost never need to install anything from any website making the chance of any virus 0.

Still a no. Until the software used by schools is made for Linux they won't use Linux.
Same for companies.
Windows doesn't need to lobby anything, it's convenient and everyone knows how to us it. All software under the sun that's needed runs on it by default, there's 0 reason for people to switch (again unless they're some sort of tech/privacy enthusiast),

Plenty of alternatives already exist and if people would hold them responsibly to actually be there money worth they could change.

@DarkMahesvara @Halo @Tamamo @lapin There used to be a time when UNIX actually dominated the industry. Even Microsoft had their own UNIX. Then everyone switched to Windows when that came out. Strange.

@Halo @DarkMahesvara @Tamamo @lapin AT&T, one of the most powerful companies in the world at the time, holding a monopoly on communications. Everyone was using UNIX. It got taught in school, so "muh schools" doesn't work. And they had a hell of a lot more money than Microsoft.
