It's complaining about dependancies, yet those dependancies are literally right there in the folder

@Chizu I guess it should have some list of paths it checks and somehow doesn't have that folder, so I guess try and find what folders it checks

@applejack doesn't tell me those paths, just tells me it's missing the dependancy files for the core dependancies, when they are right there already.
I did a standard git clone, did the submodule init and update as it asks me to do, then ran the build script, it doesn't tell me anything more.
@applejack And now I even know that it's seeing those dependancy files because I edited one to include an additional one and it went and downloaded it
