Last night I made a few sit-ups (not sure if that's how they're called) and today my legs feel really heavy.

I had to wake up to go to pee earlier at night and I could barely walk.

I didn't do much, just a few sit-ups to get my legs tired, but holy sh*t I didn't expect that to be this effective.

I really need to start doing some exercise...
@congalala Eh, I don't know if that's how it's called then. Basically, I lowered my hip flexing the legs going down and then back up, and repeated a few times.
