Jesus Christ, if you don't need to license chefs then why do you need to license barbers?
Would you feel cheated if you were given a good haircut for a cheap price from an unlicensed barber?
Would you feel ripped off if you were given a bad haircut for a high price from a licensed barber?
Do barbers have a vested interest in giving bad haircuts?
If police states are utopias then why do airplanes still crash, murders still happen, medicine is still dangerous, and the environment is still polluted?
