All DUI law must be abolished. Never mind the idea of having a license to travel, you cannot enter foreign countries easily with a DUI. You cannot get a good paying day job with a DUI. The penalties are way outsized for the âcrimeâ. I am not advocating impaired driving, I am pointing out there are laws that are not DUI laws taking care of it.
