@dcjogger I don't think Canada is exactly a good example of Libertarianism working. Or even of Libertarianism at all.
@dcjogger Also, prostitution isn't actually legal in Canada. The act of selling sex in exchange for money is legal, but paying for sex is still illegal. The person paying for it is still committing a crime, even though the prostitute is (possibly) not. And there's a bunch of other stuff that is illegal associated with it, such as soliciting or advertising these services, so even if the act itself is legal for one of the people involved, that person may still be committing another crime in the process.
