Hour+ ordeal trying to pay my Jan Blue Cross bill. Had to contact support to get a payment link, since website still links to the state exchange which isn't handling billing for 2026.Then it wouldn't accept credit card payment in firefox, wouldn't email 2-factor codes in 2 other browsers, or let me click on the link to send the codes via SMS. Finally paid via "guest payment" which lets people pay without logging in. I hope it went to my account. Not that there's any way to check.
