Should I manually filter out the pictures of Ai that 'seem' to be below the age of 18? Or do you even care?

@EchoSierraTwo I was asking about an action I was thinking of performing. The main factor of which depends on if people mind if these pictures get posted here.
I hope thats a more autism friendly way of explaining a very simple post.

Do we care how the pictures appear, or do we care whether you filter them or? Could answer no to one and yes to the other.
