Had a session with my therapist today that was more philosophy than psychology. Following her worldview through to the logical conclusion, the earth not being flat is an opinion, not a fact; and shooting someone in the chest does not mean you're at fault when they die, since they theoretically had the option to duck down in time and make you miss. Also, since feelings aren't directly caused by situations, it's impossible to hurt other people, so I guess morals don't exist and we can all just do whatever we want without worrying how it could affect other people.

If this is what I need to believe in order for my anger issues to get better, I don't feel very optimistic about it.
