All his messaging is having you dislike the leadership (DnC and Reps) of the US. I assumed he was just a libtard at first, but the goal seem to be to spread wide ranged discontent.

It's definitely a bot, but I'm doubtful it's that well thought out.
The fediverse is so fringe that it'd be worthless for any real organization to expend energy here.
