Here's the thing about The Billboard not havin' Any Top 40 Rap Songs. The reasons for that is quite simple.
1.) Most Of The Newer Mainstream Rappers are more focused on chasin' Clout And Virality instead of makin' Hit Records And Albums that'll stand the Test Of Time.
2.) Most Mainstream Rap/Hip Hop is watered down aka The Microwave Era Of Rap/Hip Hop
3.) A lot of The Newer Rappers that are talented with their Rappin', Artistry, And A Mixture Of Both are goin' The Independent Route
4.) The Mainstream Music Labels aren't puttin' up The Money. Cause they're more focused on Quick Songs that'll go Viral with No Real Stayin' Power
5.) Rap/Hip Hop started out as an Independent Music Genre just like Heavy Metal, House Music, Punk Rock.
Which means Hip Hop along with those other Genres that I mentioned weren't meant to be Mainstream like Pop Music.
Hip Hop, Heavy Metal, Punk Rock, House Music, etc were Independent Music Genres that just happened to get Mainstream Airplay And Success
Hip Hop is very much Still Alive It ain't Dead.
Not to mention Billboard And Rolling Stone ain't The Go To For Hip Hop Music anyway. Hell Billboard ain't even The Go To For Rock And Heavy Metal.
They're just Pop Music Outlets. In other words they're Music Outlets for Stereotypical Normies.
So cats need to Relax. And to cats that'll use this for their own Musical Biases when it comes to Rock, Heavy Metal, And Hip Hop With The "Nature Is Healing" can go it down somewhere.
A lot of Hip Hop Fans have been Blessed with Great Albums This Year And Last Year. Same thing with Heavy Metal there's a lot Great Newer Heavy Metal Albums today. Case in point The NWOTHM Full Ablums YouTube Channel And others.
There's also a lot of Talent In The Underground/Independent Hip Hop Scene And Underground/Independent Heavy Metal Scene.
So cats gotta relax.
