The Problem with The Game Relooted is The Execution Of The Concept. The Execution comes Off As Preachy And Somewhat Stereotypical Keyword Somewhat.

Same thing applies to The Character Captain Durag from The Disney Jr Show Hey AJ. The Concept Of A Urban/Ghetto Black Hero ain't A Bad Thing. The Problem is The Execution when it comes to Captain Durag.

The Characters Brotherman And Static Shock are the Perfect Examples Of Urban Black Heroes done right. You also got Luke Cage from Marvel Comics another Urban Black Hero done right.

Back To Relooted there's This Character Assane Diop from the French Series Lupin. The Character is inspired By Arsène Lupin. And That Character was able to gain A Fanbase. And Gain some Success.

Likely because Of The Execution Of The Concept Of A Black Master Thief Character.

The same reason why The Urban Black Heroes Like Brotherman, Static Shock, Luke Cage, etc got a lot of Fans. The Execution was on point And the Characters weren't Made for Political Brownie Points.

My Advice is this. If you're gonna create A Urban Black Hero, And A Black Master Thief. Make sure The Execution is on point. Make sure The Characters are well written. And not made to Gain Social And Political Brownie Points.

Remember Execution is Always Key.
