@sjw Skill issue. You can have a bong for about a dollar now.

You will need:

1 gluestick
1 Phillips screwdriver
1 empty aluminum can
1 sheet aluminum foil

Poke a hole in the can near the base with the screwdriver, on the side opposite the opening on the top. Under the opening on top (the one you drink through), poke another hole (this forms the carb), remove the tab while you're there. Wrap the screwdriver in aluminum foil, from the head to just past the handle, which will form a convenient bowl. Cut off about an inch of the glue stick, mash it to cover the bottom hole. Shove the foil-wrapped screwdriver at an angle through the hole, mash the glue stick remnants with your hand a little to ensure that it covers the whole thing, then pull the screwdriver out. It should look vaguely like a watering can. Check airflow by covering the carb and putting your mouth to the drink area. Perforate a piece of aluminum and then place it in the bowl to complete the bowl assembly. Give it about an hour to set, then pour water in through the opening on the top of the can.

Source: I was a bored teenager in California and there were a lot of art supplies around the house, you can use a hot glue gun or something if you don't have a glue stick. Alternative method provided by MKULTRA:

Apple is probably fine but a water bong is nicer and this method is immediate water bong.

What I did when I didn't have time to construct regular bong was to wrap a piece of aluminum foil around a pencil, then bend it up at one end to form a bowl. Very simple pipe.

Water bong is clearly the ideal situation, however there are times when improvisation is needed.

You should read the instructions for constructing a water bong. The aluminum isn't a problem.
