i also know that my apology wont change much, but i've realised i haven't put my money where my mouth is, i've let this "experiment" with a.w go on long after i realised it goes against my beliefs for federation, the open-reg model doesnt scale at all and i should have just listened to my gut early on

@welt @gear @p @sjw i disagree with other large instances being open-reg too, mind you. i'm not trying to push that view on anyone, but again, personally i dont think it scales. maybe it's good for gaining exposure to fedi, for people's first accounts here, but over time i strongly believe that everyone should be seeking out their own private instances in one way or another

i know cofespace has this aim too, im not knocking that effort at all

You've gone past the point of return. Don't expect any sort of redemption or forgiveness, dipshit. Deleting a server because your dumbass is rightfully getting blasted means NOTHING.
