Ugly bread tastes good, but there is something about a pretty loaf that just *chef's kiss*

The last sourdough loaf I made I accidentally baked it in my 8 qt Dutch oven and it was flat. This time I used the handy double cast iron skillet trick. Works every time.
Lol I had a breakdown the other night when I was sauteing my fried tofu in my homemade sauce. I make a big jar of sauce and use it as needed, and the bottom had accumulated most of the sugar. So when I heated it in the pan it turned to like... Caramel and was so sticky I had to toss the food out to the chickens. Made me sad 😭
