@Bernard I know I'm stating the obvious, but if people had left lynching as an option, as it was in the beginning, niggers would have to pretend very hard, to be on their best behavior and adjust their collective behavior. Those must have been some very good days. To think, that instead of fighting a costly civil war we could have implemented a fifty year plan to deport them to Liberia. Missed opportunities are the most costly.

@Bernard It is concerning. However, what does one propose to ease our worries? Shall we voter harder, pray for miracles or patiently take our fortunes up? Sometimes the best plan of action, is to just do nothing. It seems counter intuitive, but sometimes that's a wise move. Unless one is prepared for prolonged war against both the state and their wards one's options are indeed, sparse. Organizing will be a good start, no?

I was suspicious that the author, being from Yemen, a Susan Abulhara, was perhaps, one of the many Yemeni Jews that one has heard so much about, but sadly, I could find no corroborating evidence to confirm that hunch. Anyway whether her book is published or not, the outcome will be hilarious. Roaches by comparison are a superior race.
