While your observation makes sense, it's more of a consequence than the actual reason why they blame Google. The real reason is that they see Google as a big government-like structure so anything imperfect in their life must be because the big government-like structure didn't make it perfect for them. So it's Google's fault and it must fix it. It's the same as when people blame the government for shitty wages or bad work conditions.

Nah, it's still a diversity thing, cause "diversity" pretty much means "black only" in progressive language these days.
