For now, I wouldn't qualify it as either positive or negative. Firstly, it's a bit too early to tell imo and secondly, the positive and negative effects of Corona-chan might have different impact from person to person, making this more of a subjective question. In which case, who the fuck really cares anyway.

Ever since I've watched a playthrough of Half-Life Alyx, I get emotional every time I see something relating to it or to Episode 2's ending.
