It's pretty hard to get dogs eating grass. That should be the first sign. The second sign that it's fake is that the few countries that do eat dog, don't exactly practice any kind of farming for the meat itself. It's more of a "hunting" practice.
P.S. Joke's on vegans, I'm not opposed to other cultures eating dog, it's their thing and we shouldn't intrude on them.
