If you had only a single piece of porn to fap to for the rest of your life, what would it be and why are you such a disgusting degenerate pervert to choose that?

I've always loved stories that had even a modicum of sci-fi elements to them, but Hollywood has unfortunately made a bad habit of not paying close attention to the premises they bake into their stories and constantly violating them by getting small details wrong, usually for the sake of "driving the story forward". The reason I hate when Hollywood does this is because it forces me to shut down my brain and ignore the details just so I don't get completely pulled from the story.

Sakasama no Patema, on the other hand, is a gem of storytelling. Not only does it constantly pay attention to the details of the world it constructed, it also makes sure you notice the important things it got right just when you're unconsciously thinking one of those Hollywood plot hole moments is coming up. And it doesn't try to sweep the world building errors under the rug, like a regular American movie so often does. Instead it encourages you to notice the details of the world, to try to think and analyze them, to notice that there's some mystery and incomplete information, and at the end you're rewarded with a great payoff.

I can't go any further into it without spoiling the movie, but I personally think it's worth a watch. It gets a 9 out of 10 from me.

What if Linus drops things because he's been developing a neurodegenerative disease? :thonktinfoil:

Do you like dogs? Are you a vegan? Do you have a strong appreciation for art?

You're literally Hitler!!!

Yesterday must have been so bad that I completely blocked it from my memory. I woke up still feeling like it's Thursday.

Now if only I could find that other, more spicy movie, that left an impression on my young teenager self.
