Leaked Disney diversity training

So yeah, internal diversity training material for mouse employees got leaked. Take a shot whenever you read vague newspeak.

My favorites in the "good" column are "holding contradictory thought and feeling simultaneously" and "take time to weave into the fabric of the organisation a critical mass of equity-oriented people in leadership and on staff at large"

My parody sensors are seriously confused at this stuff.
@moth_ball the real enemies in the culture war are the free market/corporations

any other threat lacks the capital and organization necessary to inflict major change. it's the free market which has widely vanguarded the agendas of the western neo-left (bc it benefits capital).

@kino @moth_ball It's never been popular, diversity stifles business competitiveness as much as anything, and they have nothing to gain by becoming political and cutting off a portion of consumers.

They're a big part of the problem but it has never benefited them. What is Disney gaining from this? It isn't even a political stunt, it's internal.

@applejack @kino Probably something to do with preventing them from making demands for themselves or complaining about work conditions. When your thoughts are occupied by walking on eggshells, there's no time to consider your rights. Salaries are a big part of overhead, so can't have the workers organizing. Similiar shit is going on at Amazon.

@moth_ball @kino They literally talk about collective action and struggles as the forefront issue

@applejack @kino But it's hard to believe that a corporation would really give a shit about social issues, so there's probably some ulterior motive apart from the public communication.

@moth_ball @kino Why would journalists, NGOs, governments, and corporations all collectively decide to push an anti-white agenda even if it's to their own detriment? I'd say look at who operates them and try and distinguish a pattern, maybe then we can find a clear motive. Oh, wait

@moth_ball @applejack @kino i'm sure that there's a simple element of profit seeking that gets pushed through this in various ways, but at the same time the upper echelons of all these corps are staffed by uni people, most of whom have probably genuinely swallowed a lot of these ideas, so it's probably a very complicated and murky mix of people who are just taking the advatage, and probably a majority of just "true believers".

@fbi @kino @moth_ball This happens even with non-profits. If it's from unis, that just delays the problem. Why are the unis like that? And why did every corp, NGO, and gov welcome them in?

@applejack @fbi @kino Probably to use diversity as a way to deflect genuine criticism. But it would be interesting to see how all of this got started. It's probably a mix of things accelerated by forward momentum.

@moth_ball @fbi @kino There has been deliberate social engineering for decades on behalf of giant [N]GOs and rich individuals. Social movement after social movement driven not by people but by media and big bodies pushing things in the current direction, then it peaked in mid the 2010s somehow for some reason

There's a big game that's much larger than just Disney acting in their own benefit.

@applejack It does make sense that the 2010 diversity agenda was a response to shut down Occupy Wall Street by focusing on racial and sex tensions instead.

@moth_ball Probably yes. Then they cry about Nazis when r*ddit fucks with them. But you still need a larger picture for why you have democratic candidates proclaiming abortion rights for trans women without a uterus or the UN giving women a platform over being called whore on twitter, or why Europeans get arrested for questioning trannies/immigration/holocaust

@moth_ball @applejack @kino It depends on who you talk to within these corporations. Middle management types may believe in the rhetoric. The executives, their benefactors, may or may not believe in it. But this is part of the path to power for all businesses if they want easy access to capital. Those who don't participate do not get that access and are more prone to being destroyed by competition and buyouts.

Some of these corporations are actually hollowed-out puppets run by private equities who ensure they never have to worry about money. This is more true with news corporations.

A really long line of precedents stretches decades (when speaking of this specific racial stuff) back before this, at least for the USA. Europe got brought to this level with WW2 reshaping them. Everyone else gets bullied into "muh liberal democracy" nonsense by ZOGbots, sanctions, and information warfare.

What I'm getting at is that international finance and capital incentivizes companies and corporations, within and without, to be part of this social engineering/scam. Places that aren't predominantly White are, for the moment, more immune (particularly if they've their own banks), but almost the entire world is tapped into the international banking system.

You may ask as to why international finance/capital wants this? They may believe this is the only way to make the world a "better place"... for themselves. Not for you and me, or even the non-Whites they're "helping". They need to brainwash people more to make them into better consumers and to stop asking questions. They need to do this so that they can continue with their agenda to turn the entire fucking world into real-life Age of Empires where they micromanage everything.

This is what everyone gets for selling out their people to finance, and to jews. 500+ years in the making, more enslaved to technology and money than ever before.

p.s., I am not saying it was a 500+ year plan, I am saying the current day is the result of small steps taken over 500+ years. "Why do we keep doing X? Let's stop doing that, it's getting in the way of 'progress'", over and over. If you walk one step a day for so many centuries, you will eventually get somewhere, just very slowly.
@moth_ball @applejack @kino Give this a read, I thought it was a pretty convincing argument as to why there's blanket adoption of wokeness by corporations.

My ultimate conclusion is that jews control international finance and them being who they are find not only financial gain but also security by socially engineering all societies to be debt slave consumers. Second pic is a quote from an interview with George Soros' son, it backs that assertion.

Modern society is largely shaped by the lessons the jews learned from the rise and fall of fascism and national socialism, and their intention to never allow an existential threat like that to arise again.

@MoralPanic @moth_ball @kino They wont tell you about the communist uprisings attempting to take over all of Europe, the original Antifa, the Weimar degeneracy, Jewish usury, international finance, or mention their connections to Jewry, but they will talk about how nobody ever liked Jews (through no fault of their own), and the Jewish soviets magically found that every holding camp on their side of Europe were death camps pretending to be showers that used lice pesticide, for some reason, while blaming the Germans for their own atrocities

They have a more subtle strategy now with a few holes patched up. Probably the biggest one is offering an alternative that's set up to fail

@MoralPanic @moth_ball @applejack @kino I can't stop fucking shouting it enough: the 2008 housing bubble was caused by the exact same fucking forces.

THEY WERE FORCING ALL BANKS TO GIVE LOANS TO ANY NIGGER OR SPIC WHO WANTED ONE FOR A HOUSE, NO MATTER THEIR CREDIT SCORE! They couldn't make it only niggers and spics, so any race could get it, but they targeted specifically niggers and spics. They weren't just ignoring their credit score either, but not requiring a down payment. It was (allegedly) in an effort to effect greater home ownership (the amount of home ownership in the US climbed to ~70% prior to the 2008 collapse), but we can see what the effect has been in the end.

Massive shifts in wealth from the middle class going to the top. MORE centralization. MORE CONTROL. This was not unprecedented - "community organizers" had been pushing for this crap since 1968! It only gained teeth in the 80's and 90's and fell apart in '08.

They will not only disrupt us by these "ideologies" and pseudo-religions, but by engineering disasters, to create a problem, get a reaction, and then propose a solution for us to accept. It's a long-standing pattern. With the predominant media of our times being controlled by a wholly hostile ethnicity and ruling class, and it being instantaneous, it's even easier to create these problems.
@lichelordgodfrey @applejack @kino @moth_ball I agree, it's unwise to assume the ruling class can't foresee the consequences of their actions. If we think about the coronavirus pandemic and the response as a means to centralize more power then from their perspective it's mission accomplished, meanwhile we're arguing whether the thing was entirely fake and gay or just partially.

I noticed that every solution that the system has for social problems only makes them worse from a working class white man's perspective. That has to be by design, because it keeps fucking happening. The saying about ascribing malice to incompetence is probably the direct opposite of reality.
@MoralPanic @applejack @kino @moth_ball Sometimes it is incompetence, sometimes it is malice, sometimes it is self-interest. Majority of the corpos involved have a self-interest in attaining more wealth (whether that be $$, resources, land, etc) and power and will do whatever they have to to get it. Not all of them are really in on it. The alternative is to go without and... fall to others who WILL accept the hit but gain access to enormous amounts of capital.

With all that we've said, they are not infallible. They've fucked up before, and when they fuck up it's horrifying in the consequences. Even the "ruling class" is becoming dumber, but they still retain (currently) authority that is cyclopean in scope, with little to no responsibility. So mistakes they make will cost them a lot, but it will cost us way more.

It's like playing StarCraft and making a bad move, losing an army of marines. You could have done something different to avoid it and win, but oh well. You just need to rebuild and try a different tactic. None of the marines' families are going to sue you because they're not even real lmao.

We're not entirely real to "them" either.
