We still have deeply ingrained free speech principles in this country, and there are lawyers who will defend free speech.
Anyone in trouble for something related to dissident right politics should have 2 goals, firstly to get off, but secondly to make them admit what’s they’re charging you for. Cut through the BS and make them explicitly admit to ignoring the first amendment and targeting you for your politics.
