@salt Like, if you need a phone for communication, get a cheap flipphone or similar. There is no downside. I feel much better after I started keeping my phone permanently turned off in a box. People didn't use to be bored without them until they became dependant
@applejack @salt i agree with salt, not having a smart phone in modern society makes you a prime target for outcast, my school requires us take QR code’s for pretty much everything and you would be seen as crazy if you didn’t have Snapchat or some form or normie social media
