@boppi @Halss They kill themselves regardless. Even studies that purport it helps post-op barely get better results and don't account for large dropouts or the fact more suicidal one's just kill themselves before getting the chance, and all of this without actually comparing actual therapy in a non-retarded environment

If politicians stood on TV and shouted about being fat and needing diets, they'd probably be a fair bit more deranged than they are now
