The result of third-wave feminism is the destruction of women, so helping women would be the opposite of the desired direction.

Third wavers hate men to the ridiculous point of considering masculinity itself to be toxic. Men then do whatever they can to be not men so as not to toxically offend. When the men become feminine womanhood itself is erased, and that's fine with third-wavers because the last claim to fame they want is to be feminine anyway.
