Why the fuck does the industry use Python for AI it's literally the worst language you could possibly use for this use case
Python is trendy and comfy and you can easily transform and glue data you get from elsewhere and all the critical parts that need to go fast are in C and CUDA

mkdir dir
virtualenv -p python3 dir/env
. dir/env/bin/activate
And then install all the packages
