it's not common sense.
I'm a LaVeyan so I don't speak from firsthand experience. But a good chunk of my friends are Christian. Lutheran, Catholic, whatever. My parents are Christian. And every single one of them supports gay people.

Nowhere in the real Christian Bible is sexual preference forbidden. That is not a Christian value. People who believe it is were raised on a different religion in a way that I could easily compare to brainwashing.

I'm not going to get into the whole "Christianity isn't real" debate since while I have valid points to make I don't feel like it's a good idea to squash a bunch of people's personal beliefs. I will however point out that someone else wrote that book and it is not "God's word"
