@FallenFadedLostItAll@freak.university thats the thing, my alternative is essentially a society where in order to get products, you essentially have to crowdfund for at least all of your entertainment and medicine by paying for the production of those products, of which they can then be distributed freely, most likely for free. Sure, better pay under capitalism is cool, but it doesnt solve the underlying price gouging and consumer exploitation that most of these companies are guilty of.
